Employer of Record (EOR) Services

1. Employer of Record (EOR)
We act as the legal employer of your employee overseas, entering into employment contracts with employees on behalf of the client in the target country, handling payroll, tax payments, and social insurance contributions. The client remains the actual employer with daily management rights and assumes employer responsibilities.

(1) Employer Setup: Employer social insurance account setup, employer tax number setup (for individual tax only), payroll data setup, supplemental benefits plans (if needed).
